Here’s the St. George Training Plan again:

All runs are at 5 am at the Northridge gate except W and F 5:30 am (sharp) recovery runs at the Glenwood Parke entrance and a 4:30 am earlier start on Saturday. Some of us, including me, doing the Utah Half are riding MW and/or F.
