Congrats to Dave C, Daren, Greg D, and Emily and Ben LeSeuer for completing the Utah Half IM. Ben won first in his AG with a 4:42, despite adding 5 minutes when he followed a cyclist who made a wrong turn. Greg took fourth in his AG.
The Plan this week calls for a different type schedule. Daren and I are recovery riding to Las Sendas Monday 5:30 am if anyone wants to join :
M 5 am 9 mile with 5×600, or 5:30am las Sendas ride
T 5 am 14 mile run
W recovery 5 miles with short speed
Th 5 mile recovery
F 8-15k race
Sat 18 miles
